1) While our offices are closed to regular walk-in business, our critical staff members are on call and standing by for all of your needs. Contact us by phone at 613-728-6467 and press the appropriate prompt for the department required.
2) By contacting our office by phone, our staff will gladly walk you through what is required to keep your system operating properly. Most service calls can be addressed over the phone, and we are happy to provide assistance.
3) For the safety of our staff and valued clients, our technicians will only respond in-person to emergency service calls.
4) Currently, we are halting new installations until mid-April, and next available dates are now booking into May. For more information on this, please feel free to reach out.
