Lifetime Service Program
Henderson Security is proud to offer our LIFETIME SERVICE PROGRAM included in your montly monitoring rate. It is designed to give long life to your security system and protect you against unexpected repair bills.
WHAT LIFETIME SERVICE COVERS
All parts and labour (except repair or replacement of alarm screens and replacement of batteries in wireless sensing devices) are covered when your security system needs service under normal operating conditions and due to ordinary wear and tear. Service is performed during our normal business hours. Emergency service provided at other times, including holidays, will be charged to you at Henderson Security's rate for normal business hours. Henderson Security will replace obsolete equipment with a new Essential System. Obsolete is defined as equipment for which parts are no longer being manufactured and are unavailabile.
HOW LONG THE LIFETIME PROGRAM IS IN EFFECT
Henderson Security will honour the LIFETIME SERVICE PROGRAM as long as we provide monitoring service to you and you make your regular monitoring/service plan payments.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Henderson Security may use new or reconditioned used parts at the time of replacement and retain any parts removed from the system. You pay for all parts and labout for non-covered repairs or replacements, including replacement of batteries in sensing devices, alarm screens, and those necessary to repair the system as a result of damage caused by remodeling or renovation, accident or abuse, misuse, acts of God, vandalism, cosmetic damage, attempted unauthorized repairs, faulty electrical or telephone connections or other causes other than ordinary wear and tear. One free service call will be included in the program; additional service calls will be subject to a $ 55.00 deductible. Repairs not covered by the Service Program will be subject to a minimum charge based on Henderson Security Solutions' existing labour and material rates.

The Henderson Security Solutions LIFETIME SERVICE PROGRAM gives you peace of mind, because it ensures that your system will continue to provide you security and protect you against unexpected repair bills, so long as it is being monitored by Henderson Security Solutions.
